New Spinning Playlist

December 18, 2014 by Julie 41 Comments

Hi guys! How are you doing so far today? Hopefully you were able to get a restful night’s sleep last night, but if not, the weekend is almost here, so there’s hope on the horizon!

New Spinning Playlist

Last night, when I arrived home from work, Ryan and I sat down to a yummy dinner and afterward, I updated my indoor cycling playlist for today’s morning class! I will be heading out as soon as this blog post is published, but I wanted to share my latest playlist with you guys just in case you’re looking for some workout music inspiration like I always am!

Spinning Playlist

Some songs I’m especially excited about on this one:

  • Ella Henderson – Ghost (I think this will be amazing for a slow climb!)
  • Deee-Lite – Groove Is In The Heart (‘90s music FOREVER!)
  • Monsta – Holdin’ On (Kind of an intense one, but I love it!)
  • Kiesza – Hideaway (Another climb song. Love it!)
  • Rita Ora – I Will Never Let You Down (A great cool down song for the end of class. So pretty!)

Breakfast

Breakfast this morning looked pretty horrific, but the taste was great and that’s all that matters!

Chocolate Oatmeal

No, that’s not death in a bowl. It’s oatmeal made with Hershey’s dark chocolate cocoa powder and peanut butter.

Plus the second half of a Suja Under The Mistletoe chocolate/coconut/peppermint drink that I started sipping on last night!

Suja Mistletoe

Now it’s time to rock and roll! See ya later, my friends!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

Thanks for the playlist! There are some fun songs in here that I always listen too, as well as some new ones to check out. Have a great class! The oatmeal doesn’t look too bad, my chocolate overnight oats/oatmeal always look like a disaster too.

You know what song you should add to one of your playlists is Uptown Funk by Mark Ronson (Feat. Bruno Mars). I can’t get enough of that song and it makes me happy and energized every time. Have a fun class!

Haha, love your commentary about your bowl of oatmeal. I actually used to have that combo allll the time! It’s super tasty! How can you not love peanut butter and chocolate?!

I am doing spin once a week to help cross train for my upcoming half marathon. So glad I did too! These songs are great…definitely going to work them into my running playlist. Quick question…do you use rpm or watts for your spin class? I can never know which one to follow.

I may try that breakfast out, but with quinoa flakes as one of the other commenters wrote. I have a box that I used for cookies and now don’t know what to do with them. I guess I could always eat them the way the box tells me to…

Awesome playlist. I am actually running out the door to take my first spin class so wish me luck!
